I do think many people, including myself, start off with fast weight loss diets-loss in mind. But along the way, you realize the objective really is conquering a seemingly insurmountable goal, to stick with it despite challenges to schedule, health, and confidence. To show-up at the starting line when most people are still sleeping, and then to put one foot in front of the other until you FINISH it. My marathon propels me to conquer many other goals in my life. To just start and don’t quit when it gets really hard.
